- Summary of Request
- Please provide me, under the purview of the "US-CH Privacy Shield" arrangement, with access to all my personal data stored in the Google Analytics service, where "personal data" is scoped by the Swiss Data Protection Act.
You will find a link to my identification documents below my signature. One is a passport scan. The other one is data directly extracted from the Google Analytics database itself.
It is likely that you will claim this data does not constitute personal data. I encourage you to quantify this claim. From my best efforts, I can assess that claim based on values extracted from the Panopticlick tool of EFF (for the current state of my browser, not the actual values that were tracked back in August 2016, but I don't expect significant difference, please correct me if that is wrong):
Vaud region: 700k inhabitants.
According to Panopticlick, my computer is unique among: 17.9 (screen size/color depth) * 1.72 (language) * 7.4 (OS) * 1966 (browser version) == 447916 computers.
However, this does not include information about Java and Flash, which you seem to track as well.
I think this is a solid and quantifiable basis to claim that the data I am providing below is indeed personal data.
I stand at your disposal should you have any question. I remind you that you have 45 days to respond.
